I cannot receive game invites from xbox players on Call of Duty Warzone

So I get the invites on the xbox app, but they do not go through the xbox game bar. If I click the invite on the xbox app on my pc, it takes me to the xbox store and tells me I need to buy Call of Duty Warzone, which I can't because it is only sold through Battlenet on pc.

Incorrect configuration setting is one of the possible reasons why you're unable to sent a game invites to your friend from Xbox app. To resolve this concern, you need to make sure that your NAT Type is Open. To check your NAT Type you may follow the steps below:

1. Click the Start icon and open the Xbox app.
   
2. Select Settings > Network.
   
3. Under Network status, check the NAT type.
   

We also recommend that you check your privacy and online safety settings on Xbox.com to ensure that your profiles are allowed to join multiplayer games and parties.

However, if you are experiencing this issue only with Call Of Duty, it would be best to get in touch with the game support for thrum to check as well.

I can join parties and receive party invites just fine. The problem is the game invites. For example, I was trying to play Call of Duty: Warzone through a Looking For Group post. I join the party but then don't receive the game invite and can't invite
them to my game.

This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.
