I CANNOT RE-DOWNLOAD MY XBOX 360 PROFILE!

For a little over a week now I have been losing my connection to Xbox Live with the error code "80072ee2 Some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable”. I found a possible fix to this by deleting and re-downloading my profile that is affected by this
problem, but once I did that, (I deleted my profile only), now I cannot re-download my profile. After going through all of the steps, (putting in my email address & password), it proceeds to download my profile but stops at about 1/4 of the way and after about
5 to 7 minutes the download box closes and nothing happens. Any attempt to do anything takes me back through the whole process again. I now have no access to my profile, achievements, DLC or purchases on my Xbox 360. I have a lot of games to play and a lot
of achievements yet to get on my 360. Is there anyway to fix this or will I have to create another profile and start all over again on my 360? I have an Xbox 1 and I am not having any of these issues,(yet).

Cannot connect to xbox live, xbox will not connect to the network

I tried to re download my profile but because i cannot connect to xbox live, i am unable to re download my profile, and prodigy how long do you think it will take for me to get back online?

My profile was working just fine yesterday but this morning it said i cannot connect to xbox live and should try re downloading my profile so i did and i keep getting cannot download profiles right now 800704DC

 

I do know about the current Xbox Live service status but I would like to know how long has it been like that and why is it only affecting the 360? As far as my 360 is concerned, I feel like I am ***. :/ This is VERY frustrating not being able to get this
fixed!

and more specific, wireless interference.

I have a wired connection for the 360 and have not had any problems until about a week ago. I don't think it has anything to do with my network. As I stated, my Xbox One is working fine off of the same network and it is wireless.

 

Can you try clearing the consoles cache three times then restart it? See if you're able to redownload the profile after that.

I'm still having the same sign in issues. You guys are NOT helping me with all of these canned responses and tedious supposed step by step solutions. None of this stuff is working. There is nothing wrong with my network, I have a Xbox One running fine off
of the SAME network set up.

Also state whether you see error code 80072ee2, or if you're getting a new error code.
