    I cannot purchase the season pass


    hi,

    I preordered the deluxe edition and have managed to download everything else, but the season pass will not download.

    if I try and get it from the store, it tells me ive already bought it and asks if I want to install - selecting to install does nothing at all.

    I cannot select it from the manage game options because its not listed there

    I have downloaded the free weapons and stuff, also ive got the game and the season pass bonus content.

    how do I get the season pass file?

    do I even need the season pass file? (thinking maybe the season pass bonus content file is an all in one)

    Season Pass

    I purchased the season pass 2 days ago and still cannot play any of the DLC, keeps sending me to the store to purchase season pass or the individual dlc's. Anyone else having this issue or knows how to correct it? And yes season pass is installed.

    Season Pass Problem

    I purchased the Season Pass for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on the 360 and I have the following problems:

    1. I cannot download the Ascendance DLC because it wants me to purchase it again.

    2. I cannot transfer my Season Pass over to Xbox One even though the description said I could.

    Please help!

    Not all season passes need to be installed for them to work so I wouldn't worry.

    Alien Isolation was the same. The season pass won't download or install but you can still download the DLC for free so season pass is doing what it's meant to do.

    It is. I thought the same thing. I even called MS and they told me that they were the same thing.

    Same Problem here. ist the first Season Pass that behaves this way.

    (also bought Deluxe Edition)

    I'm having problems as well. At first, I had the 2 amps and 2 traps that are part of the season pass bonus content. I got a notification saying the season pass installation had stopped, then I no longer had the amps or traps.

    In my Sunset overdrive files, I have an icon with the season pass picture, and it's labeled "weapons pack." I am not able to delete this file, therefore I can't re-install it. I even clicked on the game download and selected Uninstall All, but it uninstalled
    everything except this file.

    I've had exactly the same issue with the season pass - but I have the season pass content so I presume as per your replies above we'll still get the next lot of DLC when it becomes available?

    Yes the xbox game store knows you own the season pass so any future dlc will give you the option to install instead of displaying a price.

    Hey.

    I have the same issues here. And it's getting very annoying that every time I turn on my Xbox it says download stopped for the season pass. Is there no way to stop it from doing this?

    Unfortunately season passes are locked to the account that purchased it and cannot be shared between accounts.

    sorry you cannot license transfer season pass through 2 xbox live accounts as the season pass once purchased on 1 xbox live account will be locked always to that account.

    If you are wanting to transfer points so your child can get the COD ][ Season Pass, beware that children under 15 cannot purchase it as it is M15+ [would leave them with 4,000 points they cannot use and that cannot be transfered back]

    You are however able to purchase the season pass on the parent profile and other users of the console should get access if the content restrictions are not enabled
