I cannot play Skyrim because update impossible

Hi,

I cannot make the Skyrim update.

I'm connected to internet but when I click to update, it's written: Skyrim need an update but an error occur.

And I cannot play.

I'm not sure what the update is for, but I called support and it seems that the 4 GB internal memory is not enough space for the update. So for now I've disconnected it from my network and I'm going to have to put in a few more hours of overtime to buy a
removable memory device.

The update you are trying to download, Is this update related to the Xbox 360 Public Beta?

If its possible, try connect your console using an Ethernet cable to the router instead of a wireless connection type. You can also try bypass your router and connect your console directly to the "RCA, DCM245"
modem.
