    I cannot play online with any of my games


    I cannot play any of my games online. I have already reset my modem and router (all my other devices can connect and use the internet.) I unplugged the Xbox X series for a day, reset the router and modem 20 minutes prior to powering up the console.
    I TESTED my NAT type, it tested good. I tested the multiplayer connection, it also checked good and I tested the network connection and it also tested good. It states all services available on the Network tab under settings. This started yesterday Dec. 29th
    at 1200hrs central time and is still going on. Support kept me on hold for 30 minutes with this problem and then hung up. I still cannot play multiplayer online.

    So I have 6 more months on my Xbox Gold and I cannot play online this is a joke I cannot play one game online lol I cannot help if I'm good at game looks like I'm going to the dark side PS4 as I cannot play with my friends all together now I've been avoid

    Clear cache in your Xbox - press and hold power button on console for 10 seconds.

    Try power cycle - unplug all cables from console and wait 1 minute and plug all cables back.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
