I cannot play Online at all on PC.

I went to Privacy Settings>Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety>You can join multiplayer games and I put it to Allow since it was set as Block but when it refreshed the page it set it back to Block. I even have Xbox Live Gold and it doesn't fix the problem
on why it wont set the option to Allow.

I found something(sync settings) close but when I looked into what it does it doesn't tell everything it does.

you could try to sync your settings if you don't have the sync settings on.

I don't 100% know for sure if this will fix your problem but it might. if it doesn't, you can always turn the setting off.

I seen some people have this problem as well when I tried looking for an answer to this. Is there like no way to override the setting from support or something?

Click the submit button at the bottom of the list of settings.
