I cannot play on my minecraft account.

I have tried contacting minecraft support for help who told me I needed to talk to microsoft support. Microsoft support told me that only minecraft could handle the issue I'm having so I am now at a loss.

Basically, I bought minecraft Java edition sometime around 2012-2013. No issues until 2018 when I had to migrate the account from minecraft.net to Mojang. No issues again going forward. Around 2020, I changed my minecraft (JAVA EDITION) username to devilslily. In 2021, I made a Microsoft account and bought minecraft BEDROCK edition to play with friends on xbox. These two accounts we're separate until March 2022, when I migrated my minecraft JAVA edition account from Mojang to Microsoft. I have barely played since then.

The issue: I attempted to play on minecraft JAVA edition the other day only to discover all my player data on my servers were gone. Turns out, my username on JAVA is no longer devilslily but devilslily_ . Now this wouldn't have been an issue if the username had just been changed, but since my servers (like Hypixel) were recognizing me as a brand new player, it meant this was a completely separate account.

I attempted to change the username back to just devilslily, but it is taken. So I know that there is an account out there with my old username and all my player data, but no email I use works and the Microsoft account I migrated my Mojang too is displaying the wrong Java account.

I do not know what to do. I tried all my emails, but none are working. I contacted Minecraft support and they said this an account issue and therefor Microsoft issue. Microsoft said this is an issue with my minecraft account, not Xbox/Microsoft so they can't help.

Who CAN help? This is really annoying me as I've had this java account for 10 years and to just lose it all is incredibly frustrating. I have emails from 2021 showing I bought minecraft bedrock and emails from 2022 showing the ORIGINAL username (devilslily) being migrated to a Microsoft account.

Hello Devan, this is really weird because as your Minecraft account has been migrated to Microsoft they should be able to help you.

As this forum is open to the public and unfortunately, as independent consultants, we do not have access to some data or your account, you should contact them again.

I have linked my Microsoft account to my PS4 account in order to play cross platform minecraft. The issue is that I would like to play cross platform with my brother, who is playing using my Xbox One. My microsoft account is now associated with
both my PS4 account and Xbox Live account, which means that we share a gamertag. For this reason I cannot add my Xbox account as a friend on Minecraft and cannot play cross platform. I attempted to resolve this issue by unlinking my Microsoft account from
my PS4 account but this did not resolve the issue. I was unable to link a different Microsoft account to my PS4 account, a message informed me that my account was already linked to another and could not be linked again.

It is already a home console and children can play 2 Minecraft games for which I redeemed codes on my account but they cannot use Explorers pack add-on. Only I can see it in my account.

I'm having similar issue. I started world on xbox one, then copied to minecraft (btu version) and can play that from xbox, but I cannot access that world from minecraft pe. I am signed in with my xbox live account in both places but still cannot see my saved
worlds from the other device
