I cannot play Java mincraft

1. May we know where did you get the code from?
   
2. On what website you redeemed the code for the Java Minecraft game?
   
3. On what website you are seeing that you have the Minecraft game on your account?
   
4. Since, you mentioned that you got an error upon trying to complete the order from your end, can you provide us the information which store you are trying to complete the order with? and the error message via screenshot.
   
5. What device you are using to play this game?
   
6. After you redeemed the code for the Java Minecraft game, were you able to play it from your end with your device? Or this is the first time you tried.
   

After you acquire the information being asked, you may want to perform the following for us to check:

• Verify the account signed-in and make sure that it is the same account as where you can see the game listed under on the Minecraft Launcher.

Hi, when I went to look it said I have no purchases in "all avalible" but I bought mincraft java with the sme microsoft account I am signed into here. Did I do something wrong?
