Gears of War 3 Cannot Play Online?

Yeah I checked, but I seem to have the same problem. I received a new code for Gears of War 3 that I have not redeemed yet. Maybe this could solve the issue?

Gears of War 3 Cannot Play Online?

Hi guys(first post),

I have a gold membership for xbox live, but can not seem to play online with Gears of War 3. The error message: "Your current gamer profile settings do not allow playing online games. To continue, all players must have settings that allow online play." This
is very frustrating because I have a gold account. Should I buy another 1yr Gold Membership and try again? Xbox support didn't know what to do.

No massage!!! I try to change the options connections and I can't only let me play system link and local or private..... another options appear in Grey Please help me

If you are not seeing a message with something along the lines of :

"Your current gamer profile settings do not allow playing online games. To continue, all players must have settings that allow online play"

with your only options being local and system link and the others options greyed out, then you've most likely been banned.

As for possible reasons for the ban:

*Modding your player data

*Idle boosting in a public match

If you can play other games online it is most likely a ban from Epic. If this is the case you can go
Here and ask an admin for the reason why, though it might take a few days and they are usually perma bans.

**Epic forums were hacked a few days ago so no idea how long you will have to wait until they come back up to get an answer. That above link wont work**

no , im not in a family pack , i asked because i made a new account to play gears of war 3 online but after a week, the new account got banned from gears of war 3.

my main account is banned from gears of war 3 only , thats why i made a new account to play online , but i asked Microsoft supporter and they said that each account are independent , so i dont know why i got banned from gears of war 3 in the new account
if i didnt cheat, glitch or mod.
