    I cannot play games that I redeemed with a code.


    I am not able to play Battlefield 1 even though I redeemed it with a code. I stopped using my accounts for a few months then I recently purchased a xbox one X, when I downloaded ny profile I realized Battlefield 1 as well as some others games weren't in
    my ready to install category nor was it on my account when I checked my order history and game history. I'm just really sad since BF1 was my favorite game and came with my xbox one S bundle. I am still able to play it on my xbox one S though without any issues.

    I cannot play games that I redeemed with a code.

    Licenses for the games go with the account/profile that they were either purchased on or the account/profile that the code was entered into. If they were purchased digitally.

    So you would want to make sure that you are signed in with the account that you purchased or put the code for the game in on.
    I am 100% sure I am on the correct account, there was zero accounts on my old S at the time of redeeming each codes
