I Cannot play games i purchased and downloaded offline help

To be sure are you on the Xbox One console? The system link feature was something the Xbox 360 console was capable of but not the Xbox one console.

On and Xbox One console in order to play all games offline with your account or another account you would need to have the account that owns the content

set as the Home console.

Keep in mind that if you own a disc copy of a game for any system you must have the disc in order to play that game online or offline. If you are missing the disc you will need to repurchase the game digitally.

I purchased in Microsoft store did not know is was free on line I wanted a spider solitaire game to play offline so I made purchase not complaining about purchase however I cannot play second game when down to last move only goes back and forth
on same play. I am 80 years old not real computer savvy. thanks for any help

In most cases, there are games from the Microsoft Store online that is removed or cannot be purchased anymore but the game disc will still work as is. You should be able to play it offline if the game has an offline mode feature.

For most games you can play offline as long as you're using the same console that you purchased it on. However, indie games cannot be played offline. So for that game you will have to be connected.

No I haven't switched my console. I even have my saves from the game when I deleted it. I have a feeling it has to do with me doing the background download. I didn't do that last time.
