I. Cannot play any games

Whenever I startup a game it will let me only get so far before it just freezes. It will say press A to continue and whenever I do it says "loading" and stays that way, doesn't matter what game I'm playing. Help me

Clear cache in your Xbox - press and hold power button on console for 10 seconds.

Try power cycle - unplug all cables from console and wait 1 minute and plug all cables back.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Try doing a power cycle on your console.

If that does not work, check and make sure there are no updates needed for any particular game or the console itself.

If you are still having issues, try uninstalling the game you are trying to play, then reinstalling.
