    I cannot play a game


    My first Xbox One was the Battlefield 1 special edition, I had all the special items until I upgraded to the One X, I no longer had any of my special items and soon after I could no longer play the game. When I try to launch the game it says I need to
    renew my EA Access. Which would make sense if thats how I got access to Battlefield 1. But, its not. Ive been playing for a long time and it is one of my favorite games. Has this happened to anyone else? Any answers?

    If you are using the same account from your original Xbox One, you should have all your items when you log into you new Xbox One X. If it was a digital download of BF1, try reinstalling it by going to My Games & Apps>Full Library>All Owned Games.

    Since you switched to a new Xbox, your progress and data was not saved. Hence you will have to work your way up the ranks again. Happy Gaming!!

    Clear cache in your Xbox - press and hold power button on console for 10 seconds.

    Try power cycle - unplug all cables from console and wait 1 minute and plug all cables back.
