    I CANNOT PAY MY XBOX GAME PASS, HELP


    I've been trying for 2 days now. I'm trying to renew my Game Pass subscription and it won't let me. it keeps saying to contact support and I cannot find an anwer as to why this is.

    I'm trying to pay for it with my credit card and I do have the funds to do so.

    It does not say why I can't and does not give me any kind of error code.

    It just says to contact support.

    Someone please, just help me, I'm desperate I CANNOT PAY MY XBOX GAME PASS, HELP :(

    The screenshot is in spanish because I'm in Mexico. It says to contact Microsoft support- your payment

    I've tried that, but nothing changes.

    My dad can play with his pc xbox game pass, not me.

    It is very rare he is available, so I bought the game in another platform.

    So weird I pay the game pass to play a game and I cannot the day it is possible to play.

    Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

    I as well have problems with COD Advanced Warfare. Purchased the season pass and some DLC add ons on Xbox 360 . Just got Xbox one and the AW game for one and season pass and DLC add ons say installed on the Xbox one but cannot access any.

    Also thought the Havoc DLC was free to season pass holders but I too get to pay £11.59 for it.

    Wish someone could help here - very much appreciated :)
