    I cannot make my Xbox Live Account home box


    my Xbox Live Account was hacked once,then i change my password.

    But I cannot make my Xbox Live Account home box.

    It always says:You can have one home Xbox at a time,and switch between consoles up to three times per years.

    Can't play anything because I can't sign in

    What could I be doing wrong? It's my home Xbox, I went offline.

    I cannot even log in to my Xbox. I'm not even talking about Xbox live. I can't sign in to my account on Xbox.

    Sorry to hear it. If you have lost access to your gamertag then you'll need to contact phone support to open an Unauthorized Access Ticket. As for the Home console, if it's been changed 3 times in the last year you'll need to wait until the year is up
    before you can change it again.

    At least once instead of having to wait a whole year because I ran into that same problem

    No - 3 times is all you get per year. This is to prevent marketplace theft.
