I cannot login to my Xbox, I have an error message 0x80a4001a

This has been happening for the past few days

I am in the UK, Bristol.

I am able to login to my other MS programmes, Skype, onedrive etc. I can login to the MS site.

I have changed my password and verified this by logging into skype, this forum and my MS account pages.

This is jolly frustrating

I have a wired connection, using BT broadband. There is no issue with the connection.

I am the main account holder, my children can play their games.

I read that removing the account from the Xbox may resolve the issue. That seems a touch draconian, but more importantly, were I to do that, what gaming info will be lost?

Unable to sign in

My xbox won't let me sign in, every time I try I just get the error code (0x80a4001a) and a message saying 'try again later'.............Help!!!!

I cannot logon to my xbox , with my Microsoft account i get reenter you pw and(0x80a4001a

 

you won't lose anything don't worry. plus, they are working to fix the issue.
