    I cannot login to my microsoft account


    I tried to play Horizon 5 on my Windows laptop. I am using the same microsoft account. So when I enter login credentials and password and try to login to my account during the beginning of the game, I found out, that I need to verify it. I typed my last 4 digits of my phone and tried to do verification. But, Microsoft System did not let it happen, it said it is not working right now (I asked friend of mine, he had the same issue 6 month ago and still struggling to login). So, I tried second option. I tried to fullfill all the data, but I created this account when I was 14-15 and did not sure all the data that I have used at that time. So, please let me use my account and enjoy my game.
    Why you guys doing this type of very inconvinient solutions? Why I should struggle to login to my account? Also, why you guys using two-step authorisation, when second step is not functioning.
    Answer, ASAP.

    WL won't accept account password

    This happened to me once before and is now happening again. Something has run ammock with Xbox Live - I can log into my acount via the web, but cannot login to xbox live on my console. I changed my password and still cannot login. Non of the other accounts
    on my xbox are working either. Microsoft needs to fix this recurring issue!

    Please know that we are only allowed one Microsoft account to be linked to PlayStation. If you don't have access to the account or are no longer able to sign in to that email, regretably, there is no way that you can be able to get back to that account on the PlayStation.

    thank you for your answer. I disagree. The problem is with a Microsoft account within minecraft. The issue is definitely with Microsoft.

    In Minecraft on switch there is a button to logout from Minecraft. When you login again, the authentication of the first Microsoft account which was logged into is prompted. There is no possibility to change the Microsoft account.

    There is an additional button "Delete Microsoft account login data". If this is pressed you are asked, if you are sure. If you press yes, nothing happens. Nothing has changed with login either.

    Can you help us, please?

    Issue is, I connected the Switch Minecraft version with my adult Microsoft account. Now my son is old enough and I want, that he logs into the switch with his own account. But I cannot change the Microsoft login account of switch minecraft. :-(
