I cannot login in any way because of some stupid recovery that i didnt even ask for

To answer your question regarding email verification method that is already part of the security of Microsoft accounts and you may do that on your current account now (the one you used to post this thread). Just visit your account profile > Security > Advanced security options and it will take you to a page where you can provide list of ways to prove who you are or go to this link- Additional security options.

That is quite a question, we cannot provide an answer if someone from the support team uses the app you just mentioned and to make sure you can receive the right answers you are looking for regarding account concern and additional query at your last reply. We would like to refer you to contact the live support team. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to this link: Contact Live Support
   
2. Type in to the Search bar or Describe your issue here... something between the line of I cannot sign into my Microsoft account.
   
3. Select the Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
   
4. Select appropriate and matching option from the dropdown of Products and Services and Category. Then select Confirm.
   
5. Then choose support options available to you.

I know my email and passwords,the problem is,when i created my account years ago i had another phone and number.I do not have access to it anymore.
when trying to login im being prompted with this.even if i enter my number its still not gonna do anything because i need to get a code sent there but i cannot access that phone number.as you asked this is the link of the recovery form:

Sometimes, verification is a must when you move to a new country or used an unknown device to your account or else you are using a Virtual Private Network. May we ask if you are currently doing any or similar to the described description above?

• If yes, the account finds the routine unusual. To make sure that the account is still in the hands of the account owner not by another person your account will need verification from you. More details is shared here: Microsoft account security info & verification codes.
  
• However, if you can use your previously signed in device to access the account. Please make sure to update your security information.
  

To prevent this from happening in the future, whether it is for Microsoft or other account you managed. We would recommend to secure and update your account as early as now. That way, you'll have the opportunity to verify yourself as the account owner and not to recover your account using the form.

We know this might be not what you have foreseen, as mentioned above:

Based on your description, you are filling out a form that asked you to provide your Console ID. May we ask for the link?

In creating a Microsoft Account, you have to register either a phone number or an email address for security purposes or alias. Now, if any case you forgot your password or unable to sign in to your account, there is a way for you to verify that you are the account owner or reset your account's password or recover the account. It is by providing the code sent to the working security information attached to your Microsoft account.

• To get into the details of your Microsoft account concern, may we know when was the last time you are able to sign in to it? You have stated an example that you migrated your Mojang account to Microsoft account, could it be just recently or a year ago access?
