I cannot log into the Sea Of Thieves Website to submit a ticket

I am having a glitch for Sea Of Thieves, basically; everything that is customizable is reset to a certain way or most default EVERYTIME I close the game, or simply leave a server, if I get disconnected and rejoin... My items will still reset, I don't have to rebuy I just have to reequip which is VERY annoying.

Luckily, I found a solution to this. All you have to do is drink a "Pirate Appearance Potion," problem being it's in the Emporium and I don't have coins to buy it, Other people have contacted the developers about this and they gave them a free on to fix the problem.

Now... the problem? I cannot log in to submit a ticket, I can log into here just fine. But I can't log into the Sea of Thieves website. I have used different browsers, cleared the cache, used my phone and my computer, tried to log in while logged into here. No luck. I need to find a solution to one of these.

1. A way to log into the website (would be the most helpful)

2. A way to contact a developer (The SoT Support on Twitter is a bot, it won't help much)

3. An alternative to fix the problem if there even is one. (I have reinstalled the game and cleared the cache)
