I cannot log into my Xbox insider hub

For some reason I cannot get into my Xbox insider hub Back then I was able to log into it but now I’m not able to do it I tried restarting my profile removing my profile for my Xbox and re-adding it and contacting Xbox is trusted customer service and
still am not able to log into it so please if you can help me I will be very happy. And
this is it word by word, we’ve detected that the person logging in is younger then 18 years old. Because agreements within The Xbox insider hub ask for permission to collect feedback and bug reports from participants, we require an adult to accept those
terms due to domestic and international law. At this time, we are unable to enroll you as an Xbox insider.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Unfortunately, you will not be able to sign up for the insider program. This program is for adults over the age of 18. However if your parents have an account they can try and join with their account. Just
have them download profile onto the Xbox and then go to the Xbox insider hub as you did.

Please have your parents read over the
Xbox insider program.
