I cannot leave my family group.

My Xbox account linked to my Microsoft account cannot have it's privacy settings changed. I went to leave my family group that I was apparently in, but even though I'm the organizer and only member, I literally can't do anything. There is apparently supposed to be 3 dots next to my account, but there's nothing.

It means that you’re still a minor. If you are you may need to ask an adult to add you under their family group as a member by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family. Once you’re added as a member they will be needing to manage your account settings using their account through https://account.xbox.com/settings.

I am having the exact same issue. I am an adult, but as I am the only member of the family group I am not allowed to leave it. It prevents me from playing multiplayer Minecraft with my family, and the only way to get out of that is by leaving the family group which I cannot do. Is there a way around this?

Hello again, in order for your daughter to join the same family group as your son and wife, she must first leave the family group she is in.

Are you sure you were properly removed from the family group? If you go to https://family.microsoft.com, does it show you only your account with no other person?

Also, how exactly did you leave your family group? I ask because childs cannot leave their family groups. Only the parents are able to remove consent for the child account, then remove it from the family group.
