I cannot launch Forza Horizon 5

Hey!

When I try to launch Forza Horizon 5 it just says "Loading - Please wait" after I press enter.

In the event viewer I get this:

I have uninstalled, and installed the game multiple times, both on my SSD and HDD. I've tried restarting/reintalling Game services, and many other methods.

What can I do?

Any news regarding this issue? Still cannot play.

When I launch Forza Horizon 5 it says "Syncing data... please wait."

If you cancel that process, it makes a Local (on your PC) game save. That game save works, and let's me launch the game without any crashes.

But, the local game save is empty because I haven't used it before.

When I switch from the local (on my PC) game save, over to the Xbox Cloud Game Save (which I've used before), it just crashes and freezes like I said before.

When I reset the game, and pressed Cancel sync, it made it start over.

That worked.

Something must be wrong with my account??

I'm afraid there isn't any news yet. It's still in the known issue list and nothing else has been added to it
