    I can't join Xbox live rewards even though I am a gold member for 4 years

    Hi

    When I try to join Xbox rewards I get a message saying" you cannot join Xbox live rewards strictly because you don't have an Xbox live gold membership" i have been an Xbox gold member for the last 4 years and have just renewed my 5th years membership!

    Can you help fix this issue for me?

    I am an Xbox live gold member however on xbox.com i cannot see the rewards section

    I really wouldn't worry about it since the program is ending anyway. It was a great program while it lasted though. Sorry for being the bearer of bad news bro.

    can't refer a friend to join rewards

    Hello GODDESS BAST,

    There is no offer to simply refer someone to join Xbox Live Rewards. If you are talking about the "Refer Friends, Earn Rewards" offer at the bottom of the MyMissions page, that offer is to refer a friend to Gold. Since your friends are already Gold members,
    that offer cannot be sent to them.
