I cannot join the ambassador program even though I fit all requirements.

yeah I had the same problem trying to join also.

ok you can send a PM to Ms ermine (or how ever you spell her name) and she may get back to you, now the ambassadors thing is not automatically updated , so you are going to have to wait in till they get it updated.

This time next year, providing the Ambassador requirements don't change, you should be able to re-apply to become an Ambassador for Xbox again.

Just to note, the 1 year requirement for joining the program only applies to joining for the 1st time. If you are removed from the program, you can not rejoin. Part of the requirement for remaining an Ambassador is that you cannot have an enforcement action
on your account.

Past enforcement history cannot be removed. Having a clear enforcement history is a requirement for joining the Ambassadors program. There is no way around it. Sorry.

One of the requirements to join the program is a minimum age requirement of 13 for most regions. Since you are beneath this age, you cannot join the program, even with parental consent.
