    i researched this problem on my own before coming here and asking.

    i found the problem answered for someone was their windows 10 was not 1909... but mine is and im still having this problem.

    anyone else having this problem or anyone know what could be causing this problem.

    Hi anukkinearthwalker, you're right, the version of Windows can be a problem but have you looked to your windows store for update
