I cannot install anything from store "xbox something happened on our end"

same thing here ms support hasn't been much help

Kindly clear the cache of the Microsoft Store App by following the steps below:

1. On your search bar type in "wsreset" or "wsreset.exe".

2. Right-click and then run as administrator.

3. Wait for a couple of minutes before the Microsoft Store App launch and once done restart your PC before trying to install the game again.
