I cannot hear dialogue during cinematic scenes, all other audio is perfectly functional.

I don't hear the dialogue between Master Chief and Cortana. I also don't hear the other dialogue that plays out during Spartan Ops. The audio in Wargames isn't heard either such as when you start a Infinity Slayer match it would usually say "Slayer" or
other dialogue throughout the match. I can hear the ambient sounds fine such as the gun shots, the rushing water, the explosions, the chatter between players. I'm not sure if it's the Disk or the Xbox 360 unit (White unit) itself. The other games that I
have tried, Borderlands 2, Skyrim, Halo 3, Halo Reach, Gears of War all work fine.

All you have to do is either direct serena to a place where she can be involve in a cinematic and then the dialogue will reappear

For example she got stuck for me at the place were you collect the moths and I fus roh dahed her to the place you open the three elder scrolls and then she spoke and I got the dialogues back

But now she's stuck again and I don't have any cinematics in the area So I will have to wait hear her across skyrim

Those CG cinematics are still not subtitled. They'll only subtitle the non English speaking Elites to cater to hearing people, but the rest of the dialogue....nope. We hard of hearing folks just don't matter.

a set combination.

This isn't a technological restriction but rather a variable one. They have a short amount of dialogue because imagine having to script and voice (not to mention pay the actors) a full on cut-scene where the people bring with you are fully involved in that
conversation. You can't have the combination of Garrus and Liara saying the same things as EDI and Ash. Then you have to take into account the combination of Garrus and EDI, as well as Ash and Liara.

Each potential combination must be written and voiced to take into account who is there if you want cut-scenes like in Gears of War. I know you're not familiar with the series but Gears of War 3 is for me the best example of four player cinematic story-telling.

Its kind of cool that all of the DLC characters are in the story mode cut scenes...Kenshi is dead lying on the stairs in the opening cinematic...and Skarlett is seen in the end cut scene and in the background of the Shao Kahn level...also I saw a dead Bo
rai Cho in the opening cinematic...also many others just watch it and look closely..hopefully we seeBo Rai Cho as future DLC as well.
