    I cannot get on xbox live at all...


    My xbox live cut off today.I paid the pass due bill, I paid for more subscription, I tried to troubleshoot the problem. I tried to fix it with the IT hotline....nothing is working......I need answers

    wait now its gone off the status page completely. but i cannot get on xbox live at all....

    I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live

    What does it say when you click on Microsoft account then services & subscriptions ?

    I have the same problem here and cannot get passed new T and Cs at all, Xbox or Xbox.com, really need help as use Xbox for Netflix a lot and it is really frustrating that I cannot get on my Xbox Live Account coz I can't get into the parent account.

    I have tried all the steps in that document several times, with no change. I still cannot get the software to connect to Xbox Live. It is weird, i can log in from Solitaire and Mahjong, but i cannot get Bingo, Sudoku, or Enter the Mind to log in.
