I cannot get My sons games to play on his new vbix one.

Discus and support I cannot get My sons games to play on his new vbix one. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my son got a new Xbox one for Xmas.     I cannot get My sons games to play on his new vbix one.


    my son got a new Xbox one for Xmas. I've set it all up and he played it yesterday and Xmas day. Today I cannot get either of the discs to play today. I keep getting a screen asking if I own the game or app. Which I do.

    Sound problem....please help

    having a problem i cannot figure out..... When my son watches Netflix on his Xbox 360....The Batman music from his new video game also plays.....the movie sound and the Batman game sound play together.....how do i stop this?

    360 game not playing on one of 2 xbones in same home?

    2 xbone systems in same house with 3 accounts. (Dad as primary, and 2 sons). Older son with original xbone can play 360 games on Live with his account. Younger son with newer xbone cannot. Gets error: "The current profile is not allowed to play on xbox
    live". However, if he logs into my account...he can on his console. Are there a separate parental settings when playing 360 games on xbone? I can't seem to find it if so? (He's trying to play Black Ops 2).

    Also, we tried downloading Overwatch instead of buying 2 physical copies. The older son downloaded it first to his system, but the only way son 2 can play it on his console is to log in under the others account. How do I make it so that they can both play
    the game using their own profiles? Sorry...still new to having 2 xbones in the same house!

    same here,cannot play zombie and other people on the console cannot have the AE4. only my son who has downloaded the dlc on my game console.... seems that i can play on the new maps but cannot get the AE4 . any help ?

    My son also cannot play this game, I dont have an issue with him playing even though he's 10 and under age as there is no content on there that he doesn't get from the news these days.

    Its infuriating and like you said there are going to be a lot of disappointed kids on Christmas day trying to play this. at the moment he's using his mothers account, but why should he have to, I'm his parent and more than happy to authorise this game one
    of the biggest releases of the year.

    He does not want to create a new gamer ID as he will lose his achievements.

    I think I just need to reset the details linking his Xbox Gamer ID to his EA account but cannot find out how.

    Can anyone help???

    Privacy: Hiding Certain Games From Your Public Game History

    I never understood why you cannot hide certain achievements. Then again this led to one of my friends catching their eight year old playing COD. They have a family account and the next thing my friend noticed is that his son went from 3,500 GS to 0.
    He managed to get his son to admit that he had been playing COD and unlocked a few achievements.
