I cannot get my Nat to open HELP

So I've tried pretty much everything so far.

Made Ip for xbox static

Forwarded all the ports for xbox and call of duty

Enabled and disabled upnp

And I have gone through all of the connection tests on xbox

I'm not sure why this isn't working and every time I test the multiplayer connection and hold all the bumpers it says that my network is behind a port restricted NAT. Yet all the ports are open on my router.

P.S. my router is a D-Link DIR-615

i can't get my Xbox one S NAT TYPE fro my"strict" to "open"

I feel anyone can please help me. I've been trying everything I could find and I cannot get my nat open.. please help

 

Xbox One NAT moderate Xbox 360 Open?

I've been having issues with the NAT on my xbox one but when I get on my xbox 360 the NAT type is open? I tried about everything to get my NAT type open on xbox. Any help?

 

What is the brand and model of your MODEM ? and your isp ?

 

The modem is from xfinity it says xb2 at the bottom, not sure if that is the model though. And my isp is obviously comcast.

 

it should have a model number on it somewhere , but if its from Comcast and it has 4 ports on the back , then it is also a router ...if you use 2 routers , you get double nat...

 

try and plug the xbox into the Comcast modem and see if the nat changes...

 

what you REALLY need to do imo is to give that modem back to Comcast and go get your own MODEM only , I think the router you have will be ok...but that gateway from Comcast is gona give you issues...

 

Well the thing is my setup is upstairs and my modem is downstairs but I have a ethernet cable ran up to my room where I just plugged it in to an ethernet switch.

Once I did that it turned my NAT to strict...

 

so the cable you have run upstairs plugs into the D link or the xbox ?

 

After a little troubleshooting, I made my ip and dns settings as automatic and it made my nat open

 

and get the EXACT model number off the modem from Comcast ....might be possible to put it into "bridge" which will turn it into just a modem and should do away with a layer of NAT...

 

And It is plugged into an ethernet switch where I have my xbox connected to the ethernet switch along with my pc
