I cannot get into my Roblox, I do not remember password or email, but I did buy Roblox...

If you still have access to Roblox on Xbox it shows the account username that’s linked to your Xbox profile in settings while in game. Username/Email/Phone can be used to sign in for Roblox. If you can’t remember the password a email or phone number is required to reset the password. The Roblox website will have more information on password resetting and account recovery.

Hi, I don’t know if I’m doing this right. Can you explain what you mean when you said Xbox gamertag credentials. Like my password to login into Roblox would be my Microsoft account password as I remember both that and the username to it but, not the password to my Roblox account. I don’t have a pc so, I tried to login into my Roblox account using my phone and input into the username prompt: my Xbox gamertag username and my Microsoft password as my Roblox password and it didn’t work. During this I had not unlink my Roblox account from my Xbox account. Also when you stated to go to link social accounts in the Xbox account settings I didn’t see anything related to Roblox at all. I don’t know what to do. I’m sorry that I may not understand what you’re saying and I appreciate your help in this situation

Hello EwingFam2021, if you're talking about Roblox, you're referring to your Microsoft account you use on Xbox you should follow the procedures below.

In order to access your Xbox Live account and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account. Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag.

a. Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

2. Click on Sign in

3. Choose sign in options

4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.
