    I cannot get into my old gamertag.


    Ok here's the thing. I have an old gamertag that i forgot the email to. I made this account when I was in 8th grade. The only reason i want access to the account is because i downloaded a game on that gamertag a long time ago and i want to play it again.
    (fusion frenzy). I have the gamertag and if i could remember the email I'm sure i could reset the password granting me access to the email account. Problem is, i cannot remember the email address. Another problem is i cannot log into my gamertag from my old
    360 because it requires me knowing the registered email in order to sign in. SO, i cannot get access to the name of my email. Could not find anything similar on these forums. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I can not get into my gamertage on live anymore. I had accidentally deleted my Microsoft account and don't t know how to get the account to work I tried signing into it on xbox and I get nothing. Im starting to think im going to have to delete it. Please

    I need to change the email associated with my xbox live account.

    I cannot change the email on my xbox live account. I tried to link it to my microsoft account and the microsoft account generated a generic gamertag. I cannot verify my email address because it's an old yahoo account that has been closed and I cannot get
    into it. PLEASE FREAKIN HELP ME.

    Yeah I have a similar problem and I've bought a lot of stuff on that old account which I would hate to lose :-(

    I would like to recover my old gamertag and the forums seem to be the only working support provided by Microsoft which is very poor.

    Does anyone have an email or phone number that I can contact to help resolve my issue?

    Sorry to hear it guys. There is a simple solution for you though. All you need to do is call phone support and so long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give the email to you.

    Sorry to hear it guys. There is a simple solution for you though. All you need to do is call phone support and so long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give the email to you.
