I cannot get in contact with Xbox support.

I've been trying to get my Xbox One X serviced as it will not turn on, I tried filling out the forms to do this however it keeps giving me an error saying I need to clear my cookies and try again. I do this and it still will not work. I have tried to use the live chat feature and it asked for a phone number for them to call me on. As soon as I enter the number the chat crashes. Is there any way to email support or anything? I only have a month left on the warranty.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

Which browser are you using? chrome and safari has been known to havr issues with java scripts

Hi there,

I have tried all of this and it asks for a phone number to call me back on. However, when I type mine in throws me the error "There was an error connecting you. Feel free to ask another question or try again." I have tried so many times now and have no clue what to do.
