    Cannot connect to Xbox Live

    I cannot get an IP adress on my Xbox. I am connected to my modem and its not receiving an IP. Ive done all suggested steps and cannot set an IP.... HELP?!

    Hey there - multiple consoles on the same connection may cause issues. How is your network configured? Do you use a static IP for each console? If you can, on the console that is diconnected, run a network connection test and let us know the results. Make
    sure to include the "More Info" by pressing Y after the test completes. Thanks! :)

    I cannot connect!

    I have multiple boxes in the house and when they are signed online together, one or more gets kicked off and we have to keep resetting the modem just to get back online. This began after the update.
