    Hey all. Sorry if this is managed elsewhere. Please feel free to redirect. I set up a live email so I could enjoy the PC game pass. Trouble is I cannot remember it and Im not using it anymore. So I want to close it down. I cant do this as per the above. I cant seem to talk to a human about this only agents and forms etc can anyone help? Is there a contact number? I can see my xbox gamer pass and subsequent # but not sure if i can use that to my advantage?

    When I set up his XBox 360 account, I set everything up for him. I used an email of mine and a password I could remember. As far as I know, it was what I used when we logged in to the XBox One.

    I have no idea WHAT is going on.
