I cannot for the life of me download any game on my Xbox app on Windows 10

I am very happy to have the opportunity to help you, however, I would need some more information for this, as I have already applied some procedures.
In more detail, could you tell us exactly what happens when you try to start the download? For example: you cannot connect, the download starts and is slow, or the download application does not open.

Anyway, there are some additional procedures that can still help you. Even if you answer the question above, also test the following procedures:

Step 1

On the desktop, press the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys to open the Task Manager, in the Details tab look for WinStore.exe or WinStore.App.exe, right-click on it and select the option Set Priority > Real time.

Step 2

Perform a clean boot.

1. On the Desktop, simultaneously press the Windows + R keys to open Run;
2. In Run, type MSCONFIG and click OK to open the System Configuration;
3. Click on Services, check the option Hide all Microsoft services and click on Disable All;
4. Click Apply and Ok;
5. Restart your computer.

Step 3

Create another Windows user and test the download.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

I am also finding that I cannot sign into my xbox app and cannot play the games. It has only happened recently and means that I cannot access it. I am on Windows 10 on a lap top.

I have done all of these all settings are on allow but on the xbox app on windows 10 i cannot accept invites or join any clubs

It will not let me download the app on my windows 10 laptop
