i cannot figure out why im not gaining points

there have been numerous purchases on my account and they are all through the xbox store and im not getting any points or completing missions i do not understand this?

second topic, i bought halo and am being told because i pre-ordered it before the missions arrived that i do not get points how is this fair by any means i spent the money bought the game you guys wanted me to buy as a pre order and because the mission is not
up i get nothing. seems like im being punished for buying it right when it came out when it would very obviously come out as a mission as well. should my initiative not matter nor the commitment to the game/company. this just seems wrong in so many ways.

points cannot be deposited, issue continued from last year

I have been getting monthly reports on how many points ive made. Last year I asked support to help me figure out why it wasn't depositing. I was told that it was a problem on there end and I just had to sit tight and they would fix it. Still hasn't been
fixed so please I ask again can someone help figure out why I cannot claim my points

That is how the program works, if a game is purchased outside a promotional period it is not eligible. Similar to buying something in a store then it going on sale later, it's just how the world works.

A staff member will have to review your other purchases to see what the issue is. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. Since today is thursday it's possible you may not hear from them until Monday.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you have made no recent purchases (your last purchase was in November of last year) there have been no Credit gains on your account. Additionally, we can only Reward offers if your purchases were made during the offer period. Any purchases made before
the offer was even created would not be able to go towards the offer.

thank you for that info,as i cannot purchase or rent movies with my paypal as well , glad im not alone. I spent an hour with the tech support on the phone and they cannot figure it out,( go figure)

true true. im still trying to figure out why they only made 3 dlcs as is. id buy dlc that gives you skyrim diabetes at this point lol we want moar! =)
