Could you share the complete error code you see in the Extensions tab?

It could be an issue with the Xbox app or Windows Game Services. You can try repairing Game Services and resetting the Xbox app to see if that helps.

After that, it may also help to reset the Xbox app:

1. Uninstall all Xbox App extensions.

2. In Settings, go to Apps > Installed apps.

3. Search for the Xbox app, then click the three dots and choose Advanced options.

4. Scroll down and select Reset.

Once both steps are complete, restart your PC and try enabling the extension again.

If it's still not working, try creating a new Windows profile and testing the extension from there. That would help to determine if it's something to do with the profile.

There are no error codes or notifications of any kind.

When the game starts up I get an alert to tell me I need to download the compatability pack to enable online play, and if I enter the menu for downloadable content everything that I've purchased shows as "not installed".

Downloading the content again doesn't solve the issue.

I also wanted to add that sometimes I get the error message telling me my console cannot connect to XBL followed by the code 8015190E.

I am trying to input my one of my 3 beta download keys and its giving me the same SVC60017 code error saying that the code "Cannot be found" and telling me to go *** myself BS. What up?

You have Teredo unable to qualify and server connectivity blocked. This can cause a lot of issues since you cannot connect properly with the Xbox servers.

Please click on "Click here for more information" on your connection test to try to make these two error messages disappear.

If you are running Windows 10 Pro please follow these steps:

Press Windows + R, type gpedit.msc and press enter;

Under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > All Settings

Find "Set Teredo Client Port" , "Set Teredo Default Qualified" , "Set Teredo Refresh Rate", "Set Teredo Server Name", "Set Teredo State". Change these settings like below:

Set Teredo Client Port - Enable - input " 0"

Set Teredo Default Qualified - Enable - choose "Enabled State"

Set Teredo Refresh State - Enable - Choose "30" or "20"

Set Teredo Server Name - Enable - input "win10.ipv6.microsoft.com"

Set Teredo State - Enable - choose "Client" (If after doing all steps it fails, try choose Enterprise Client instead.)

Then follow the steps on the Xbox website for both issues, restart your computer and see if your connection result shows Open NAT and connected to server.
