    I cannot edit my profile after my suspension has been lifted


    My account received a suspension two days ago, which I have already completed, but I still cannot edit my profile even though the Enforcement site said it would take four hours for everything to return to normal. I'm not sure how to get around this.

    maybe u could try it on the xbox companion app on the phone.

    when my xbox doesnt work with something i do it their and it works for me.

    I left it for a bit and everything is back to normal now. Thank you to everyone for the suggestions.

    Hello you can try via xbox.com and see if it will allow you to do if from there or from the xbox app. If not try unplugging console and internet from wall until power completely dies out. Replug then reboot and try again.
