    I cannot download the XBOX app onto my HP Laptop.


    when i go to the website to download, I click on the download link. The download link opens a tab with the name "Untitled". A second or two later, the tab closes for no reason what so ever. Also, the tab screen for the download is a complete white screen.
    I am using a HP Laptop on google chrome.

    From my own experience with modern laptops, if the system has a firmware (UEFI/BIOS) update available then it should be easily downloadable via HP's own update software. I don't own an HP laptop, but that's how my Dell XPS does its firmware updates. Have you checked this on your HP laptop?
