I cannot download the content I redeemed with a code (for Xbox 360)

This code has already been used. Please enter a code that has not been used.

If you receive this message when redeeming a subscription code, check My account on your computer to see if the subscription has already been redeemed to your account. Or, you can check Download History on your Xbox One or Xbox 360 console. If the content
that you purchased is already in your download list, you cannot use the prepaid code again.

To view your download history, see View your Xbox Live download history on your computer or Xbox 360 console.

•Check My account on your computer

To do this, sign in to your Microsoft account. You may be prompted to enter a security code. Follow the instructions that are provided. Your active subscriptions are displayed under Subscriptions.

If the content that you purchased is already in your download list, you cannot use the prepaid code again.

You can also check to see if the code was redeemed on a different Xbox account. If you have multiple profiles on your console, you may have already redeemed the code on one of those accounts.

Firstly, thank you for all, today while I was looking around the marketplace I saw that at the games I bought, there was the addon. When I pressed to download again it started to download and now its downloading. Thank you again for helping, if you have
a problem like this, go to the xbox marketplace (in the console) and search for the game or addon, and when you press to download again the problem solves.
