    I cannot download my COD: Advanced Warfare and support here is not helping!


    I preordered at Gamestop because it would not let me complete the transduction online (kept disconnecting from the page?) and now I have nothing to show for it but wasted time. And then support was a joke; even the hours of operation for the call center
    from the website does not agree with the recorded message on the call center's phone. What can I do? I even saw a web report about this, but no one is answering or assisting. The stupid chat support from Microsoft here just disconnects Nye without providing
    any sort and now it only gives me the call center number when I click to do live chat, which has kept me waiting since about half past midnight!

    this is not good service at all... just bought the advanced warfare x1 today and cannot play it at all... says it canot find my code or game...

    Both pointing fingers. Finally on chat with Microsoft support. Deal with Gamestop later when they are open and I am off of work.
