I cannot download/install XBOX app

Discus and support I cannot download/install XBOX app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I just added a new SSD to my slot 2 on motherboard, properly formatted and tried to re-install Starfield on it, which failed for some reasons.     I cannot download/install XBOX app


    So I just added a new SSD to my slot 2 on motherboard, properly formatted and tried to re-install Starfield on it, which failed for some reasons.

    Then I started to get BSOD after startup so decided to enter safe mode and uninstalled xbox app , whcih addressed the BSOD issue.

    What's weird is, when I tried to install XBOX app again, it just doesn't let me. It's just stuck at 1.08MB or 2.16MB downloaded progress.

    I've tried everything I could find online, such as reinstalling Gaming services, reset MS Store, etc.. Also countless tries of restarting PC.

    Just wondering what might be the cause of this and how to fix it?
