    I cannot contact microsoft support


    Hello,

    my microsoft account has been suspended with no explaination, warning or anything like that, approx. 7 days after i migrated my minecraft account.

    Usually in this case i would contact company's support to clarify situation, but after spending around hour i did not found any way to contact a person at microsoft...

    and thats why i am here

    Question: how can i contact anyone at microsoft responsible for accounts?

    I would not write here if using support.microsoft.com/contactus would solve the issue.

    The problem i have requires me to send my phone number, which is a big nono, or to contact a human with the ability to talk about the problem.

    On the screen below we can see my failed attempt to talk with microsoft support. The "Connect with a Specialist" link redirects to a chatbot with predefined answers.

    Thank you, no wonder i had no luck finding solutions for microsoft account when what i had to do was to find solutions for XBOX account.

    I request support for the repair of my xBox , I think my warranty has expired . But I do not mind paying parea repair. My problem is I can no longer juagr with HDMI, before if he could , he spent one month and now can not. I have asked several times online
    repair but when I put the second step ( exactly put my address ) sends me error , try again later , will this be why my Xbox is based in Spain ? and I am from Peru . Please help
