I cannot connect to wifi

i just bought a new Xbox One, and i cannot connect to the wifi, i cannot update it cause i cannot connect to the wifi, and i don't even know what to do at the moment, any help please.

your public profile, it looks like you've taken screenshots in games and they uploaded to the Xbox Live service. This can only be done if you have an internet connection. Are you still experiencing issues with your console? Let me know so that we can look

I cannot connect my X to the router via wifi and the wired connection needs to be restarted up to 5 times

Tried everything and it's not working. The console sees the wifi and tries to connect to it but it always fail saying that it cannot connect to that wifi. MAC filtering isn't doing anything and neither is IPV6.

Please, try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.
