    HI I cannot connect to the internet. I get a DNS error saying that my DNS server cannot resolve Xbox Live server names. I am using Apple Airport Extreme the latest one. I dont know what the problem is, Ive tried restoring the factory settings for the router
    via xbox but to no avail. My brother's xbox connects to xbox live just fine though. I also dont know if my console is banned because i recieved it from a friend. The Z code from the Error Status report says Z:8015 - 1903, Is my console banned so i cannot even
    connect to the internet or what? Thanks for all help

    Yeah i had a problem with it too. Said it cannot connect to the servers. I thought it was just a problem with my internet connection.

    It cannot connect to Xbox live due to an internet issue.

    I would attempt to restart internet, unplug and plug in Xbox.
