I cannot connect to any multiplayer matches

Discus and support I cannot connect to any multiplayer matches in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When ever I search for a game type I'm put into an empty lobby.     Cannot Connect to Multiplayer

    I can see online matches but I cannot connect to any of them. All the local lan settings seem to OK and I can connect to multiplayer through COD Black Ops III. What's going on? How does it get fixed?

    Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    This just seems to be the amount of players in the game. Most of the time I can only play Team Deathmatch. Last game I played there was only four players two on my team and two on the other team. I made the two players rage quit "I am Chips" and some maxed
    out rank kid. It's just luck of the draw for the lobby size. I am worried this will hinder my leveling progress, but not much you can do for online games.

    Hi Sixer,

    The not getting gold from multiplayer matches is a developer issue. You are connecting to the Xbox live service if you are playing multiplayer matches. If you were not connected to live you would not be able to play any multiplayer matches. This is clearly
    a developer issue as the in game gold is their responsibility.

    Xenoverse Connection Problems

    I have literally been trying for almost six hours now and I cannot connect to any game modes at all for Xenoverse; no matches are found and it's usually immediately disconnecting me right after, and it's taking several tries from backing out to the main
    menu to even connect back to the multiplayer.

    I do NOT have any issues with any other games like this. Only this one.

    AC:Revelations Disconnects me whenever I try and play multiplayer!

    I was able to play like hour ago. I played few matches without any disconnecting etc. Then I couldn't connect to any matches. When I rerun multiplayer I couldn't play it anymore :c. That was wireless connection
