    I cannot connect my xbox to the internet.


    I have a new xbox one s that won't go to the home page. We can't get past the initial update screen because the xbox will not connect with either a wired or wireless internet connection. We've tried both. We tried the offline update through a usb. Nothing
    is working so we can't use the device at all.

    Rockband store down for anyone else?

    Yeah i had a problem with it too. Said it cannot connect to the servers. I thought it was just a problem with my internet connection.

    I cannot connect my xbox to the internet.

    Since this is a new console you should take it back for exchange as you should not be having these issues with a new device.

    I wanted to hop in and back up Genesis' suggestion to exchange the Xbox One console at the retailer you purchased from. Please keep us posted if you encounter similar issues on a different Xbox One console so we can make sure everything is sorted! I cannot connect my xbox to the internet. :)
