I cannot cloud play anything on series s

The ability to play games through the cloud is not determined by any console type. It would be determined by your subscription. If you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you should be able to play via the cloud on either an Xbox One generation console or on a Series generation of console. It is tied to your account not the console type. Do you currently have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription? Please note that sharing of Gold through the Home console settings does not enable cloud gaming. Cloud gaming is only available to the actual account with the subscription.

Where are you physically located? (Country, Please don't lie or if you're using a VPN service tell me.)
Is your Xbox Series S region the same as where you're located? The same for your Microsoft account

The play via cloud gaming button doesn't appear or are you getting an error when you try to start the cloud gaming session? Tell me the error
And which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this problem

Please double check your region on the console:
Go to Settings > System > Language & location > if US is selected below "Location"
Please select a random region temporarily. Once your console restart, change it again to US and check again

If the issue persists do this, all together :
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.
