Discus and support I cannot click for the new winter jigsaw puzzles. The link is not working. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I want the new winter collection for the Jigsaw (Winter Jigsaw I believe) but I can't click the link, Please help I would love to play the winter...     I cannot click for the new winter jigsaw puzzles. The link is not working.


    I want the new winter collection for the Jigsaw (Winter Jigsaw I believe) but I can't click the link, Please help I would love to play the winter collection.

    The new "Winter" jigsaw

    Tried to download the new "Winter" jigsaw puzzle several times and it seems to be stuck in the download process. I can see all puzzles but can't download, re-purchase, or select any of the puzzles. Please send it to me again.

    New puzzles won't download, but the "gold" I have earned deducts the "purchase". Please, please fix this problem. The new puzzles I have tried to download never appear in my collections, won't open, and I cannot work them. Please, help! I enjoy working

    Microsoft Jigsaw: Additional troubleshooting guide

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Jigsaw > Advance options > Reset

    Worked fine for me. YAY! another month of jigsaw puzzles to solve.

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.
